I hire on the 3rd of September P&T to clean my carpet because my rental home was empty for 9 month and the last people made a really bad mess with oil stains and animal urine. Mr. Tim the owner asked me what exactly do I need done offered me a bundle deal with getting my

Fixed my back porch to inspection standards

A very deep cleaning not a spring cleaning that means that everything is just cleaned but they really went the extra mile when he seen that there was a water stain in my roof from the bathroom up stairs and not only did he fix the leak but plastered and textured the roof for free as long as I buy the material and play the saving forward to someone in need P&T insured that I was happy every step of the way and gave me the best price ever combined saving me $1868 if I let someone do each individual area. If you are in the ENC and need anything done I would recommend you call them first.

Mr.Timm is an absolute joy to work with. He has a very gentle way about him. He came to my home on the 18 to give me an estimate on pressure washing the outside, I just knew it was going to cost at least $225 like last year, but my mouth dropped when he said simply $80 for my single story home next thing you know I end up getting him to do:
1. Pressure wash my home
2. Acid wash my drive way
3. Pressure wash my deck
4. Pressure wash my Fence
5. Stain my deck and fence
6. Clean all the carpets in the hose 8 rooms
And the carpet look absolutely amazing and my home smell great. He did everything above and beyond and save me at least 1300 from estimates I receive from these other guys out here. You want the job done right and save money I will recommend P&T any day of the week.

I messaged P&T Homemakers/Landscapers through LYS and I have to say they are AMAZING! They don't have a listing on Home Advisor (though I have referred them) or Angie's list, but they are so professional and they do an amazing job for WAY WAY WAY less than anyone else in Jacksonville (and I called quite a few people to get this done so my HoA wouldn't fine me). I am on a VERY tight budget and they were affordable and the house looks amazing now!!! They have a few ads here on LYS if you need your house power washed PLEASE give them a call, they're amazing people and they do amazing work!! They said they have a FB page (I do not have FB so I didn't check it out) which is the same name as the company name. So as I said, if you are needing your house pressure washed please give them a call, they do really good work for a really good price.

P&T has to be some of the greatest people ever to work with and Mr. Timm is AWESOME!!! All i thought i needed was a carpet cleaned in my rental property, but they offered me a bundle deal of pressure washing. Acid washed the drive way, painted my deck, and they even cut down a tree in the front and removed it for free as long as i payed it forward. Believe me it will save me about $700. I would recommend them any day of the week.

First of all don't let their cheap price fool you. They do an excellent job!!
I hired Tim and his crew to pressure wash a rental house and the floor of the garage we were working on. After an hour and 2-3 different chemicals later I came outside and found the garage floor covered in bright white paint and dog prints which were apparently under all of the grease and oil. 20 min later he had the floor looking new, which is something we were very surprised to see.They did an excellent job for a great price and will definitely be using them in the future.
