James was more than flexible. My initial quote based on my yard size was very reasonabke, and after he showed up and saw that my yard was a tad bigger than expected, he didn't price gouge me. Was very considerate actually :) I was impressed. Will definitely use him again for my lawn care. Thanks, James!
