- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a no-cost inspection where we evaluate the condition of the roof and listen to the customer’s goals and concerns. From there, we provide clear photos, honest feedback, and multiple options tailored to the property and budget. If insurance is involved, our team helps guide customers through the claims process. Once a plan is chosen, we communicate clearly throughout the project and complete the work with a strong focus on craftsmanship, cleanliness, and customer experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines decades of hands-on roofing and exterior experience with ongoing manufacturer and industry training. PRQ Exteriors is a certified GAF Master Elite contractor, a designation earned by only a small percentage of roofing companies nationwide. We stay current on building codes, installation standards, insurance restoration practices, and advanced roofing systems to ensure every project is completed professionally and correctly. Our team also receives continued training in safety, customer service, and product knowledge so we can provide homeowners with reliable guidance and high-quality workmanship.
