Tony did a great job inspecting my roof and crafting a solution that fit my needs. There wasnt any pushy sales tactics which I have experienced with other contractors, and I really enjoyed that. They came out and did my roof in one day and the clean up was perfect. Hell, they cleaned up my leaves, so they truly left it better than they found it. Highly recommend!

Great company all the way around - truly the best roofers in Jacksonville, NC. Austion and Tony were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They made sure I understood the entire roofing process and felt comfortable with every step.They scheduled a roof inspection at a time that worked with my busy calendar, and their report was thorough, easy to understand, and delivered quickly. They presented me with all my options and I didnt feel pressured one way or the other. They also helped answer my roofing insurance questions, which was a huge relief. From inspection to scheduling to completing the roofing project, everything moved quickly.The production team was just as impressive - friendly, tidy, and highly skilled. We completely recommend PRQ for any roofing issues, roof cleaning, or roof repairs in the Jacksonville, NC area. When we need a roof replacement ina few years, we'll be giving them a call.

If you need your roof replaced or work done this is the company to contact. Austion was knowledgeable, excellent customer service, he handled the process from start to finish, keeping me informed along the way.
