At first I was nervous about a PT because I wasn’t sure if my target area goals would be reached, but Shawn is great and the workout regimen that he puts together are perfect for what I need. Even further, Shawn does not go easy on you!!! He will push the potential out of you. Day 2: Legs on FIYA! 😮‍💨
