My experience with Inspired-Fitness has been Awesome! Shawn my personal trainer, from day one has been very professional. He took my measurements the first day and within the training process. We worked and lifted weights to meet the goals for my body. I have lost weight and built muscle within the time allotted. He is very knowledgeable in this profession of a personal trainer.
