- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send all of my new clients some questions like fitness goals, any limitations, and past workout experiences. To get a better idea of the all of what they are looking for from me as their Personal Trainer. When we have our first face-to-face meeting, I focus on performing a functional assessment . The assessment is to see how they move showing where they are strong and where we can improve. All this is to help in designing the best plan in achieving their health & fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ACE Certified Personal Trainer National Certified Athletic Trainer Martial Arts Instructor (20+ years, Black Belt: Judo & Japanese Jiujitsu).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started during my martial arts training. I learned through my Sensei who was a Personal Trainer with Bally's. I would help him train and passed on those skills that I learned to my student. This help them to perform well in competitions and in their personal fitness.
