We live in a busy world with lots of things to do. It's important to me that my clients have peace of mind. I take pride in my work. 24 years in business says a lot. I'm not a fly by night cleaning crew. I make sure my client is absolutely happy. Loretta did an excellent job of cleaning our house today..gave it a thorough cleaning while being warm, friendly, and eager to please. She had to work around a lot of cats and dogs, but did so with skill and aplomb!
I plan to have her back often, what a blessing she is!

I wish I could choose all 5! Retta is phenomenal in all areas. She did exactly what she said she would do, plus more!! I've never seen anyone work so hard and so consistently. She was like a breath of fresh air. The expectations she has for herself are high and each one is met task after task. She always wears a big smile and loves what she does. I feel we have f,ound a friend in Retta. We've already booked another day before Easter. I feel so much pressure lifted from me. This was our first time using her. Normally, we do our own cleaning but needed a really deep clean for a house appraisal. We, of course, wanted the house to look its best and we knew the task was too much for us alone so I started looking one night and found several names. I was contacted by several but we were drawn to Retta. How very lucky we were to find her. She is a jewel! I have told others about her and I believe she will be getting more calls. I have very reasonable rates, free estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically know what needs to be done as soon as I walk through the home and I make a plan , and give the home owner a reasonable quote. I tend to form a friendly relationship with the customer quickly. I want them to know I’m trust worthy and dependable.
