- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base price that I start with but the price can go up depending on how far I have to travel and how many clients are included in the event. When doing a group event (4 or more) the pricing per person is discounted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do a thorough consultation over the phone with each person included in the event to see what exactly they want their hair and makeup to look like including pictures to make sure I know and am prepared for the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Cosmotologist. In becoming licensed we were taught hairstyling, makeup application including temporary eyelash installation, among other things that aren't relevant to these type of projects.
