The gas oven was installed well. Unfortunately when the tech installed our stove he made a long scratch across our wood floor. He came and worked to limit the appearance of the scratch. I appreciate his efforts to fix the issue. It is much better. I am satisfied with the work but wish the scratch hadn’t happened. He was polite and apologetic.

Thank you, Jeff, for your honest review. We typically use an airlift to install heavy units like your oven to prevent floor scratches, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available that day.
