She helped me understand how the nutrition is so important, and how to control it without being hungry, and also enjoying what I eat! In 2013, I spent the summer training with Mike in Asheville, NC. We spent 6 months during the Spring and Summer readying for my Bobsled season. Coach Vaughn has a great system for athletes of all ages to better themselves for their sport. I was able to improve my speed and overall strength without ever feeling like I was in a cookie cutter system. Coach Vaughn takes the time to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses and then provides you with an optimal training plan to meet your goals. I have trained at the highest level since I was 11 years old. I lived and trained at the Olympic Training Center and was on the USA National Team for USA Luge and also on USA Bobsled. Coach Vaughn is one of THE best coaches I have worked with in my career. You will not be disappointed!

I am a professional basketball player with over 13 years of playing experience, three of which were in the NBA.
