My pricing is fair and transparent. I don’t compete to be the cheapest — I focus on quality, safety, and long-lasting results. Before any work starts, I explain the scope and give a clear price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask questions and review photos or videos to understand the issue. Then I schedule a visit to diagnose the problem. After I see the situation in person, I explain the solution options and give a clear price before any work starts. Before I leave, I test everything and make sure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a technical engineering background and experience working on different construction and mechanical projects. I continue to train in plumbing here in North Carolina, study the code, and invest in professional tools to provide high-quality and reliable work for my customers.
