He was very professional, and on time from the moment he walked through the door. He was respectful. He took his shoes off. He got right to business. He took his time and the product was wonderful. He arrived right on time and was very professional. He took his shoes off without me having to ask which I appreciated. He had it all put together in less than an hour I was blown away.
