I hired Amanda for a standard cleaning today, my house looks very clean and smells amazing. I would have given 5 stars but she was over an hour late due to traffic and I had to get to work, which I was very hesitant to leave my doors open for someone I hadn’t met before. She was very accommodating offering to come back later if I was more comfortable but we proceeded with the morning clean. Based off how my home looks I will be using her service going forward and hopefully finding a time that works for everyone to ensure punctuality.

Amanda did exactly what I needed to have cleaned (mainly floors and baseboards) and one master bathroom and she did a very good job! The house smelled so good when she finished!

Once Amanda and the team left, there were several areas the team did not clean properly. Amanda agreed to return to clean those areas and do the process correctly as she admitted the team was in a rush. If we knew this before scheduling the cleaning for Dr. Cummings, we would have asked Amanda and her team to come on a different date. Dr. Cummings also tipped and went through the entire house early this morning as they left yesterday after Amanda and her team were done and he saw many things not done; oven not cleaned, toilets were not fully cleaned, not fully vacuumed, dusting not done, tables not fully cleaned, things moved around but not necessarily cleaned in bathrooms and in his children's room, etc. The team was professional and believe they will do the right thing by returning to Dr. Cummings's home and doing the job right at no charge.
