I needed help cleaning my house urgently, as I had been in an accident and hurt my hand. My regular cleaning service could not accommodate the time frame. Souza Services reached out to me within 2 hours after submitting my project on Thumbtack. They were able to schedule my cleaning, within 2 days of my initial request. They gave me an hour window to arrive and arrived within that time frame. They communicated well and cleaned my house exceptionally well! My house smelt so good but looked even better! I immediately became a regular customer and let my other cleaning service go. I highly recommend Souza Services Home Cleaning

The girls were great! Bathrooms look great and shower looks nice a clean, no water marks anymore. Bed is freshly made. I was happy they took their shoes off since my kids play on the floor. No more dust too!! And I was especially grateful that they sent three girls to accommodate my timeframe. Scheduling regular services now and recommended to a friend!

Gracielli and Cynthia were absolutely fantastic! If I could give 10 stars I would. My home feels and looks like a brand new house. They left it spotless. Both ladies were so hard working( my house was pretty dirty) and sweet as they could be. They even moved furniture and cleaned under rugs. I have never had anyone do as good a job as they did. I will start having them come monthly. So happy I found Gracielli!
