I hired cleaners from another company to do a move in service and I was not happy with the service but Wave of cleanliness stepped in and did a phenomenal job. They paid attention to detail and completed everything in my list of needs and concerns! 10/10 service!!

We’ve had a regular monthly deep clean for over a year with a previous company, but we recently had to pivot due to ongoing issues with their availability and punctuality. I am so incredibly happy to have found Wave of Cleanliness! While most companies claim to be reliable, it’s rare to find a team that actually commits to a time slot and shows up on time. We live in an apartment complex that can be a bit confusing to navigate, so we honestly expected the team to be a little late for their first visit. Instead, Victoria and Rufina showed up right at our doorstep on time, without needing any extra hand-holding for parking or building entry. They did a quick walkthrough and got straight to work. I also love that they didn't use products with strong chemical or heavy perfume odors. Our place just smelled beautifully clean and neutral. Their rates are also very reasonable and competitive. The only minor thing that would make the experience even better is if a light vacuuming of the couch and upholstered dining chairs was included in the deep clean. Our previous cleaners always included this, and while we keep the area tidy, there are usually a few stray crumbs and hairs left behind. That said, it’s a minor detail in an otherwise immaculate experience. We are overall happy with their service and excited to have them back next month!
