Julie is an amazing coach. I’ve never had a session with a life coach so I didn’t know what to expect. She helped me work through a situation that I have felt helpless and lost my whole life. I just started with Julie and can already see a difference in myself. She is so easy to talk to , its almost like talking to a friend. She gives great advice while also holding me accountable. I love that. She gives me tasks to work on every week and is always available if I have a problem. I get excited each week to talk about all I accomplished. I am looking forward to more sessions. I really feel with her help I can get my life back on track and start feeling like myself again!

For individual clients: One session $150, 4-sessions $550, 8-sessions $1050, 12-sessions $1500.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a Discovery session, determine desired outcomes and obstacles, begin session strategies for clients to experience new perspectives, practice given between sessions / accountability, reconnect each session on progress, next strategy and reaffirm goals.
