- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer FREE consultations, over the Phone, Skype, Zoom, or Face-to-Face at a convenient location or Intersect Fitness, Mathews. Individual Training (60 minute sessions) 4 sessions: $70 = $280/mo 8 sessions: $65 = $520/mo 12 sessions: $60 = $720/mo Partner Training per person (60-minute sessions) 4 sessions: $40 = $160/mo 8 sessions: $35 = $280/mo 12 sessions: $30 = $360/mo Group Training (60 minute sessions) Packages of 8: $30 per = $240/mo
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I provide free consultations, to go over health/fitness goals and prior medical concerns that may contraindicate mobility patterns or levels of intensity. During our first few sessions, we will perform postural and fitness assessments. Additional fitness tests based on specificity. After the initial testing and screening, we will begin a detailed exercise routine periodizing workouts from week to week and month to month. These workouts will focus on functional movement patterns, cardiovascular health, behavioral change techniques, and general nutritional guidance as well as specific exercise (e.g. Sports conditioning, Occupational, Mobility & Flexibility).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Psychology and marked knowledge in Neuroscience accredited by The Ohio State University. The mind-body connection is intigral to how your body reacts and adapts to exercise. Ones behavior toward exercise or lifestyle habits can readjuste, transform and tailored to work for you. I have been exercising for 10+ years with many learning experiences that have shaped my perspective. I worked with personal trainers, sports conditioning couches, and dietitians and engaged in my research and practice. I have been a personal trainer for five years and had the privilege of working for Ohio State, where I attended continuing education seminars and acquired educational resources from the program. In addition, I have trained clients at their homes and within a training facility.
