We are a small family owned caterer. This allows us the flexibility to plan and personalize all that we do for your event. There are no commercial packages here. Tell us what you want and let us put a plan together for you...we will not disappoint you and we put LOVE in all we do for you and your guests. We promise you an affair to remember and something to "crow" about!. I love the ability to help make dreams come true and develop and deliver the party vision...from the smallest of details to the grand finale. "You've asked and we love to give our customers what we want! We have now added a Licensed Bartender to our experienced event services. Please allow us to complete the event circle by giving you the option of a bartender to your special event, while still maintaining that personalized and non-commercial feel."

Right from the start Sue was very easy to work with. She responded quickly to my questions as I was deciding on who to cater my daughter's wedding. Her confidence and accommodating manner won me over and I decided to go with Roosterdoodles for the big day. The selections to choose from for my menu were incredible. There was so much to choose from. I was able to choose just the perfect mix of food for the guests we were having. She made a trip to Clifton Park to meet me, see the venue,and offereed suggestions as to the table set up, etc. AS we neared the day, she responded with confirmations and asked if there was anything else she could help me with, like the cake and favors. I described the cake I was looking for and she said she could do anything. I decided to go with her for it, so she did everything. IShe offered some suggestions I did not want and I was very specific about what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I wanted. On the wedding day, she arrived with a small crew and delivered. She called to let me know exactly when she would be arriving and was on time. She and her crew worked the whole event, tending to the buffet and preparing the dessert table and clearing the buffet food. The presentation was gorgeous for everything, very classy. The mediterranean platter was unbelievable. The beef brisket was so tender, not tough like you often get with large quantities. The chicken was also incredibly tender and juicy, just perfect. The flavors of her sauces were mouth watering and obviously home made. The food was delicious. Everyone at my table all ask who catered. THey said it was the best wedding food they ever had. One guest said he rarely saw the quality of food that we had and he is global traveler by trade. Later that day and even the next two days, as I ran into friends and family, everyone commented on how amazing the food was. Some attended a wedding at a very popular country club in the area and they all agreed that my wedding was superior, both in the event itself and in the food. Susan's price was very reasonable, the service was excellent, and the food was out of this world. The cake was something like I had seen on pinterest. It was exactly what I wanted, even better! I will definately use Susan again. I can't wait to taste her other dishes. I may even make a trip to Cairo to visit her cafe. I know it would be worth the trip. I highly recommend Roosterdoodles for your event. You won't regret it!

My event isn't until May, but I booked Susan and her team for my husbands 30th Birthday Party. Susan had some great ideas and was very open to any ideas that I had as well. I have nothing but trust that the food at his birthday party will be amazing.
