My pricing is straightforward — I provide a clear estimate before starting any work. I don’t charge hidden fees. Most diagnostics are free if you move forward with the repair. Discounts are available for repeat customers and small businesses with ongoing IT support needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I start with a quick call or message to understand the problem. Then, I run a free basic diagnostic or site evaluation. Once we agree on the solution and cost, I complete the repair or setup — either onsite or remotely — and verify that everything works perfectly before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in IT support and system administration. I’m trained in computer repair, network security, and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace setup. I’ve worked with both residential clients and small businesses to keep their systems running securely and efficiently.
