A Remodeling Company with True Integrity - They Ensure the Job is Done Right! I recently completed a project including a partial kitchen remodel, two bathroom updates, and the replacement of four sets of brick steps with concrete. While large-scale renovations often have their hurdles, this company proved they are a team you can truly trust to deliver high-quality results. What impressed me most was their commitment to excellence. When the initial sub-contractor's work on the concrete steps didn't meet their high standards—appearing uneven and the wrong dimensions - K & M Remodeling didn't hesitate to step in. They remained incredibly positive and reassuring, immediately taking the lead to make it right. They stayed focused on the solution and followed through diligently until the steps were perfectly square, reinforced, and exactly to size. I especially want to thank Ivan and Vitalii. They are hardworking professionals who clearly take pride in their craftsmanship and are dedicated to ensuring the final product is something I would be happy with for years to come. It’s easy to find a contractor who can do the work, but it’s hard to find one with this level of integrity. They refused to walk away until every detail of my kitchen, bathrooms, and steps was perfect. If you want a team that stands behind their word and ensures a beautiful finished product, no matter what, I highly recommend them! We had K&M come out to remodel our kitchen and honestly I wasn't sure at first because their quote was a little higher than the other guys we talked to. My wife kept saying we should just go with the cheaper option but something told me to give them a shot. From day one Vitalii and his crew showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and actually communicated with us every step of the way which is rare. The quality of the work is just on another level - the cabinets, the tile, everything lines up perfectly and looks exactly like we imagined. Yeah they cost a bit more than the other contractors we got quotes from, but honestly looking at the finished kitchen now I would not change a thing. Best money we spent on this house, period.
