I recently completed a project including a partial kitchenremodel, two bathroom updates, and the replacement of four sets of brick steps with concrete. While large-scale renovations often have their hurdles, this company proved they are a team you can truly trust to deliver high-quality results.
What impressed me most was their commitment to excellence. When the initial sub-contractor's work on the concrete steps didn't meet their high standards—appearing uneven and the wrong dimensions - K & M Remodeling didn't hesitate to step in. They remained incredibly positive and reassuring, immediately taking the lead to make it right. They stayed focused on the solution and followed through diligently until the steps were perfectly square, reinforced, and exactly to size.
I especially want to thank Ivan and Vitalii. They are hardworking professionals who clearly take pride in their craftsmanship and are dedicated to ensuring the final product is something I would be happy with for years to come.
It’s easy to find a contractor who can do the work, but it’s hard to find one with this level of integrity. Vitalii & Ivan were great to work with. They were responsive, professional and had great craftsmanship. I would absolutely recommend their work & work with them again! They painted our existing cabinets, hung new cabinets and leveled our existing island.
