John from Bannon HomeInspections was very responsive and an appointment was set up for the very next day when I contacted them thru Thumbtack for a quote. He arrived on time and was very thorough with our homeinspection. The gas was cut off at the property so he could not inspect gas pack and hot water heater. John came back to the property as soon as the gas was turned back on that day to inspect the gas pack and hot water heater to complete the inspection. Report was emailed to us that night. We were very happy with the services from Bannon HomeInspections!

We hired Bannon HomeInspection to look over our home. We had it inspected by another firm 3 years ago when we purchased the home, and they missed a lot of serious, expensive problems. I honestly don’t know if we would have purchased the house if we knew the extent of the problems. Regardless, Bannon did a thorough, honest inspection and we’re grateful for it. Prices for our residential home inspections start at just $400 and up (based on square footage).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our clients find that scheduling their home inspection services online make getting the inspection process started easily. From there, it is all about communication. We make every effort to communicate via email, or phone at various steps through the inspection process.
We love it when our clients and their agents attend the post-inspection presentation. Our inspectors will review their findings and answer any questions you may have. This is a great opportunity to address most of the concerns you may have. Once your home inspection report is sent to you we follow up to ensure you don't have any additional questions. If you do have questions just remember, we are here for you AFTER the inspection as well.
