- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually looking at the house is the first step, this helps to give a better estimate. If I can’t visit the house prior starting the services, a video or video call has helped in the past. In addition, I like to ask if the have any special requests or areas of the house where they don’t need the services/or would like for me to focus on.
