I hate to leave this review, but as another reviewer said, we tried getting in touch over the course of three weeks with them. He came up with a great plan for our yard and three times told us he’d come out “tomorrow” and never showed. I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but he would ignore texts or messages through the app for 5-7 days. The pricing seemed reasonable and he seems to be a nice guy but he never showed and kept stringing us along. I figured it was worth a shot to work with him however we were just left hanging for 3 weeks and he told us “he could get it done no problem” several times. It’s unfortunate because we wanted to work with him but it’s impossible if he does not respond and never shows.
