- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are extremely price competitive. We will beat any legitimate bid for service up to a 10% reduction in the quoted cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet new customers at a convenient, relaxed and private environment. The customer is provided free consultation designed to help them choose which service or services best suits their unique needs. In addition, we are extremely cost competitive and willing to offer custom billing in order to minimize the financial impact of unanticipated expenditures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and work experience consist of training in criminal investigations, information/data analysis, interrogation and behavior interviews. In additional, I have expertise in executive protection, covert investigations, moving and stationary surveillance, expert court witnessing and report writing.
