WOW!!! I have NEVER seen my couches this clean!
I used TrueFresh UpholsteryCleaning and I am seriously blown away by the results! I normally clean my couches every month on the 1st with my own carpet cleaner, so I honestly thought they were already pretty clean.
The only reason I reached out was because I had been dog-sitting for a week and the puppy had accidents and peed on my couch. I figured I’d get them professionally cleaned and take care of the smell/stain, but I was NOT expecting my couches to come back looking BRAND NEW!
And when I came back in the house… OMGGGGG! The whole house smelled AMAZING as soon as I hit the door! Everything smelled so fresh and clean, and my couches look like I just bought them!
You can really tell the difference between cleaning them yourself and having them professionally done. I’m SOOO happy with the results and will absolutely be recommending TrueFresh UpholsteryCleaning to everyone I know!
If you’ve been thinking about getting your couches professionally cleaned, DO IT!
Thank you so much for this amazing review! We’re truly grateful that you trusted TrueFresh Upholstery Cleaning with your couches, and we’re so happy to hear how much you loved the results!

Definitely exceeded my expectations! I had a sofa that needed cleaning and also had urine stains. Artem did an outstanding job cleaning and deodorizing the sofa with enzymes. I absolutely would recommend them! He was on time, very professional and very fair price. He spent 2 hours on the one sofa and it looks feels and smells fresh as new!

I had a fantastic experience with Artem! He did an amazing job cleaning my upholstered couch and loveseat — they honestly look and feel brand new again. He was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail, making sure every spot was thoroughly cleaned.
What really stood out was how careful he was with the fabric and how knowledgeable he seemed about the right techniques to use. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend Artem to anyone looking for quality furniturecleaning. I will definitely be using his services again!

Great job from start to finish! Timely response on cost, appointment scheduling, and arrival. Did a great job cleaning my beige couches and chair. I would highly recommend them!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At TrueFresh, we maintain a policy of transparent and competitive pricing. All service rates are determined based on the type of material, size of the item, and level of soil or staining. Customers receive an exact quote before any cleaning begins — ensuring there are no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and professional. First, we provide a free estimate based on photos. Then we schedule a convenient time and perform a deep, eco-friendly cleaning using safe, high-quality products. After the job, we review the results with you to ensure full satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a professional upholstery and rug cleaning course, where I learned in detail about fabric types, cleaning chemistry, stain removal, and safe techniques for different materials. This training helped me understand how to choose the right eco-friendly products and methods for each surface to achieve the best results without damage.
