The first plumber came to my house twice without fixing my running toilet, but the second plumber was more senior and knew exactly how fix the problem within minutes. It took three visits to fix the issue, but they fixed it perfectly and were very apologetic. They're also very polite and professional.

The employees weee very professional and worked in a timely manner. However, I found the pricing to be way too high and dishonest. We needed a power snake to clean our kitchen drain. The initial estimate given to us was over $500. Once I expressed concern with how high the price was, the plumber immediately reduced it to $320. Immediately dropping the price by that much clearly shows that the company inflates their quotes to land on a lower (but still high) price. We needed to use our kitchen sink, so I could not send them away. The work was fine, but I feel cheated on the price paid for the amount of work done.

We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
