Jonathan Douglas solve the plugging issue with the high pressure jetter. I had used another plumber the day before and he used a roto rooter snake but it got locked up maybe at a turn. Zoom drain cleared out the plug in minutes.

We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
