Reached out to have Zoom Drain complete and estimate and give second option on roots in my main sewer line. They were able to come out same day and gave a free estimate! My technician Michael Stephens was polite and knowledgeable and recommended some additional things i could do to maintain my septic system. There was no pressure to sign for repairs today and estimate was completed within an hour. The estimate came in cheaper than the first company so I will likely use Zoom Drain for the repairs.

Michael was exceptional from start to finish. After another plumber told us we needed a very expensive repair at our store location, Michael took the time to thoroughly assess the problem and found an honest, much simpler solution that saved us unnecessary cost. He communicated clearly throughout the process, answered every question with patience, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever making us feel talked down to. We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
