- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small family owned company without the big overhead, that is why we are able to keep our pricing affordable. However, customers understand that we are using very expensive equipment that operate under extreme loads and conditions which also equals to expensive maintenance and repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come out to the site and meet with our customers face to face and understand their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has been working on the field for many years and eventually we decided to branch out on our own to be able to offer a better life for our families.
