Brett and his team arrived as promised. The water heater was installed as quoted. They were professional and explained the process and how to care for the water heater. He also made sure my water was back on and everything was running.

Bret was initially very good with everything, professional, and responsive. But he then stopped responding (when I still had issue with leaking tub that he repaired -- I really don't think the issue was his repair). I will change this review if he gets back to me :-)
