- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my jobs are priced differently as no two jobs are the same. My pricing is based on many different factors such as picking and purchasing materials, travel, planning, among other things. I price my services fair as my past clients will agree.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask what they’re looking for and what they see as a final result. This seems to clarify any future miscommunication and make the project easier for everyone. After that initial stage, I make it a point to be honest and constantly communicate with the customer(s). As the project continues, I make sure it’s on the same path as what was determined and follow through until the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I don’t have any formal training, I do have plenty of life experiences which allowed me to learn the correct way of doing things. Additionally, I have been officially in the construction business for two years handling jobs with drywall, tiling, plumbing, light electrical work, demo, and more.
