The cleaner ended up being the owner - which I absolutely love that he still does the work.
And while having him clean was a huge help some things were missed unfortunately. When he did the floors he didn’t move the kitchen chairs or the dog beds. He vacuumed our carpet upstairs but somehow left more dirt behind. It’s a white carpet and very obvious. He used his own vacuum so it could’ve absolutely been the machine itself, however he was just going to leave it instead of using mine. When he did the bathroom, he left the base of the toilet assistant surface unclean. Even though the service I paid for said “all touchable surfaces”. Door handles and light switches weren’t also wiped clean either. He was incredibly professional, considerate, and worked hard.
