I reached out to Edward for rodent control. He was always very responsive and answered my questions, even when I told him I was considering another company. In the end the customer service won it for me. I hired Edward for installation removal and install as well as rodent control. I am satisfied with his services, he has returned to my home to set the traps he put down and he installed additional rodent barrier in the roof of my old home. I would highly recommend!

I need to deal with a rodent problem because mice were rummaging through my attic I had enough. Call thermal shield X they empty my attic of all my insulation sanitized and replaced my insulation, me not knowing I was under insulated as well. I was loosing money on my heating and cooling cost. Talk about knocking out two bird with one stone. I no longer have to deal with mice and I’m saving money, that’s a win win
