I provide my own equipment and cleaning supplies, and I can issue receipts upon request. Please note that I only schedule cleanings within one to two weeks. If you are planning a cleaning more than a month from now, kindly do not select me as your cleaner. Also, If you are looking for a cleaning on the same day or last minute cleaning, please do not pick me, I DO NOT have that availability, so I do not take that type of services. My prices start at $200 minimum. Estimated prices are shown when you select me as your pro, and the final quote I provide will be similar to the posted estimate. Please be aware that this app charges me for every client who selects me. If you are only inquiring about prices, I kindly ask that you do not select me. Services I do not provide: Carpet washing or stain removal (I vacuum carpets only; my equipment removes dust and small debris) Wall cleaning Garage or ceiling cleaning Junk removal (furniture, large amounts of trash, or bulky unwanted items) Laundry, folding, or organizing I do offer deep cleanings, post-construction cleanings, move-in and move-out cleanings (empty homes only). For a move-out/in cleaning, the house needs to be completely empty. If you are planning to sell your house but furniture is still in, and professional pictures are needed to be put on the market, you do not need a move out cleaning, you need a deep cleaning. Please note that move-in/move-out cleaning and post-construction cleaning are two different services. If your home has been recently remodeled, painted, or repaired, you will require both services. In that case, pricing will be higher than a standard move-in/move-out cleaning. Thank you for your understanding.
