- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do. Depending on our truck sizes and how many guys. We have set prices for each and if stairs are involved the price is $10 more per hr in most cases. We also have flat rates on smaller jobs with out any minimums. Those prices depend on locations and what all it is. We also do clean outs and those process are the best in town. Because in most case we charge for our cost and try and keep the items and sell or keep to off set the cost. We try and keep stuff from going to the trash if we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and be up front with every thing. We do not have extra fees and stuff. We try and make things go smooth and less stressful for our customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the moving and furniture business for many yrs. Since 2003. I have owned my business since 2009. All my guys have worked for other moving companies or been in the furniture business. And if they are new to the business me and my guys teach them how to move and handle furniture.
