Hired Chef Jordan for a client of mine. It was an Asian theme wedding with 200 guests. The set up was so beautiful, he used props and decor and the presentation was spot on. The client said the varied selections of courses were incredible and the subtle. The distinct tastes of them were so unique and delicious! I was very glad I selected him to do this job!
