- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If interested in pricing a price list can be provided. It's not complicated, there is a session fee depending on how many people are in the shoot and there is a minimum purchase order due to the artistic nature of the sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a planning consultation with new clients in order to discuss their ideas and clothing for the session. This gives me a chance to learn about the person or persons that I will be photographing. I love learning about family dynamics and personalities, it makes all the difference when it comes to capturing images.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning new techniques for lighting and post production retouching. I am constantly attending online work shops for continual learning. I think it is the only way to stay fresh and sharp to what is happening in the industry. I never grow tired of learning.
