I own a duplex with tenants currently occupying both units. The job was to replace an older bi-fold door with a stadard door and keyed lock. Lucky Dog Renovations got the job done quickly and professionally. My needs were discussed in discovery conversations that led to the right course of action. I recommend this company for future projects. This helps because I'm about an hour away to tackle projects on my own but this company is local. Image 1 shows the old door that fails to close. Image 2 shows the new door from outsde the room. Image 3 shows the new door from inside the room The framework is weird on this old house.

Scot without a doubt is the best and most professional worker I have ever encountered. He even came on a holiday. He was on time and even vacuumed and swiftered all the rooms when finished. He is extremely skilled and was very reasonable. I definitely plan on using his services again. Very nice manners too👍
