- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing is thoroughly researched and detailed so there are no surprises later on. We are transparent about the possibility of sheathing board replacements for the roof replacement and include two courtesy sheathing boards. We offer discounts on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope of the work. For projects over $3,000, a 3% service fee will apply if paying with card.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will give you a call to verify your information and gather some details on what sort of inspection or estimate you need. We'll then send one of our roofing experts onsite to meet with you and thoroughly inspect the roof. Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a quote with our recommendations and photos upon request. If you would like to move forward with the work, we'll send you a digital contract & deposit fee. Once we have the signed contract and deposit, we'll get you set up with the next available date for work. We'll send a text whenever we're headed to the property, carry out the project with our own skilled in-house crew, and follow up a week later to make sure you're happy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Artisan Quality Roofing has a General Contractor's License. In addition, all our crew leaders and sales reps are certified Shingle Masters with CertainTeed and certified with GAF and Owens Corning. We provide hands-on training for all our in-house team members and technicians provided by our top roofing experts.
