The transformation of my screened in porch to a finished sunroom exceeded my expectations. The modifications replacing house siding with drywall turned out great! This is EVERYTHING! Comes on time, works hard, professional, able to do multiple things. I can’t even say how excited I am. Leaks fixed, flooring down, fans up-and that’s just day one! Highly recommend for any kind of home repair, small or large. Very reasonable and does what he advertises, which in this day and time, seems above and beyond.

I needed my stained wood cabinets painted. Based on the reviews of All Home Repairs, I reached out to Manuel. He explained the process with such confidence and passion. Even before he began the work I knew the cabinets would turn out amazing. He did not disappoint. The difference between Manuel and the other individuals I received quotes from for the job is that he loves what he does. You hear it when he speaks and it shows in his work. It’s not about money with him. What he charged was ridiculously low compared to the quality of his work. It looks like I bought brand new cabinets! I wish there were more people out there just wanting to do the very best job they can without compromise. That is Manuel. I highly recommend him. I would use him again in a heart beat knowing he’d do an amazing job!

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I charge a razonable price according to the market. I cannot be as cheap as the handymans that does not pay insurance or have no a registered business and do not pay taxes but I am not on the expensive side either.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I prefer to go to my customers house and check the scope of the project and give the customer an estimate. I always honor my estimate even if I made a mistake on my numbers. After the first job my customer already know I am fair with my prices.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I mainly learned the job working with my hands however, I read a lot about everything related to my Professional field.
