Jimmy Mort does an extremely thorough home inspection job. If theres a problem to be found in a house youre about to buy Jimmy will let you know about it. He was very communicative, friendly, helpful, and professional and the report he provides is very easy to understand.I cant think of anyone who would do a better job. A+++++++

Let me begin by saying that I highly recommend Jimmy Mort, DCC Inspection Services, for all home inspection needs. Jimmy is extremely professional and a man true to his word. He responds very quickly to emails, texts and phone calls. To this day, months after the inspection, he still reaches out to see if I have any follow-up questions or if there's anything else that he can assist with.Jimmy came highly recommended through my realtor, as I was in the process of buying my very first home in Ayden, North Carolina. I had a residential inspection, radon testing and sewer inspection done. Jimmy encouraged me to follow him through the process, explained what he was doing and took the time to answer my questions. He was extremely thorough and his attention to detail was impeccable. Jimmy is a seasoned experienced inspector and I certainly benefited from his knowledge. In addition to that, he utilized state-of-the-art equipment and technology, which gave me a much more detailed understanding of the nuances of this beautiful home. The inspection reports were completed within a few days. The reports were very detailed (including photos/videos), very well written and formatted in a manner that was easily understood. I am so impressed with the outcome of this experience that I am going to have my home inspected by Jimmy Mort annually as part of my home maintenance plan. I would encourage you to do the same.
