- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
REPPLIANCE's repair pricing is based on the diagnosis of the problem and what's determined to be the core issue. Total pricing will vary based on the parts and labor needed to complete repairs. Reppliance uses industry standard, flat-rate pricing on all engagements, with fees based on the Appliance Repair Bluebook pricing guide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The REPPLIANCE process is simple: we call you to introduce ourselves and to obtain information on your issue and your specific appliance. We then schedule a mutually-convenient day and time for the diagnostic visit. All customers are entered into Reppliance's customer care management system, where we track all appliances, repairs completed and related technical documentation. Once repairs are complete, billing and payment typically takes place electronically, but traditional methods (cash/check) are available as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All REPPLIANCE technicians complete ongoing and continual training. We use both manufacturer-sponsored training, as well as continuing education offered by industry partners such as the Master Samurai Tech Academy, TMM Academics, Appliance Boot Camp, and others.
