Vlad texted before he came to let me know when to expect him. He already had diagnosed the issue after talking with me, so he had the parts he needed. After opening up the dryer, he found a pulley was also broken. Vlad let me know, then ran out and bought the part on his own dime, and was back in 30 minutes. He finished the repair, charged me less than any other person… and gave me a warranty for the work. Dryer is working great now, I would call Vlad again anytime.

The man(Vlad) who came to repair my washing machine was prompt, very personable and professional. He identified the problem right away but, because he didn't have the part he needed, we made an appointment for him to return two days later (because of my schedule, not his). On Wednesday, he arrived and immediately went to work replacing the part and then did an even further inspection of the washing machine. (I had never seen the inside workings of the machine so was fascinated as he checked everything inside and out.
