I reached out to Greg because my existing building plans were getting rejected by the township, and I was in desperate need of someone to help me make sense of them. Not only did Greg offer to take a look at my plans, but he also asked that I also send pictures of the space so that he could get a better idea of the project. A true professional. Greg recommended a few things that I could change on the plan that the township may accept, before resorting to hiring him to draft a new set of plans. WOW. Such a stand-up guy

Fee structure can vary based on the project type but will typically be either hourly for smaller projects and a fee based on a percentage of construction cost for larger projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new costumer starts with an introduction meeting/project consultation to discuss the work to be done, expectations, design direction, and budget. A plan will then be developed for how to proceed with the proposed work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- I graduated from Virginia Tech (ranked #4 Architecture school in the nation at the time) with an architecture degree.
- I live and am a licensed architect in North Carolina.
- I previously worked on high end residential projects in Massachusetts's for 7 years.
- I have also worked on smaller homes, additions, custom hot tubs, outdoor showers, etc.
