- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects are different (different scopes of work, services, timeline, etc). Feel free to reach out, and we can have a formal discussion and we can provide a detailed proposal. Our pricing is fixed-fee services so that fees and payment schedules are fully transparent to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First some quick chats, ******, etc. to understand client needs and project scope/requirements. Then preferable either a ********** or ********** to discuss project specifics. Finally, we will issue a formal proposal outlining everything in detail. Once approved, the project begins!
