Have been trained in three Gym classes with Peter for over six months, which include Interval, Strictly barbell strength, and Tabata blast. I gained a lot more strength both physically and psychologically because 1) for all the classes he offers me a customized curriculum to fit my need so well that I always got something more; 2) during the course Peter always encourages me to take challenges and believes that I can do above and beyond. Going to the gym and working out three times a week with Peter has become my new habit.
