Ashlynn and company at Gleaming Cleaning did a phenomenal job on our deep clean. Great communication, fair pricing, and extremely detailed work from start to finish.Website / Booking: Their website was easy to use. Filling out the form to request a quote was quick and straightforward.Communication / Coordination: They were communicative and smooth to coordinate with. They were responsive and flexible about whether we were present. A representative reached out in a timely manner to confirm details. On the day of service, they also let us know when they were on their way.Professionalism / Process: They were punctual, trustworthy, friendly, and respectful. They explained the process beforehand and worked efficiently. They were careful with belongings and respectful of the space. They also asked if we had any special requests and delivered on them.Pricing / Value: Pricing is reasonable for both the first-time deep clean and recurring cleanings, and the service was worth the cost.Service Quality: The work was thorough and meticulous. They cleaned things we genuinely didnt even realize were dirty. Baseboards, floors, vents, windows, tubs, sinks, grout, cabinet and drawer knobs, and the stovetop all looked spotless. They brought their own supplies and asked about chemical preferences. There wasnt any strong fragrance afterward. We did a walkthrough at the end, and they checked in afterward to make sure everything looked good.The house felt noticeably refreshed afterward. This was the first deep clean where the results matched the promise. After two unsatisfactory experiences with other cleaners, it was a huge relief to find Gleaming Cleaning. Highly recommend for pet owners, busy households, or anyone wanting a real deep clean.

Gleaming performed our 2nd cleaning and I am very satisfied with their punctuality, their professionalism, and then cleanliness of our house. We have 3 dogs and they did a great job of dealing with all of the hair. I highly recommend Gleaming Cleaning!

I had Gleaming out for my first cleaning today and the house looks incredible. My floors were particularly bad with dust and mud from some yard work and there's not a spec of dirt to be found now. The bathrooms were in need of love and have never looked better. The house looks so good I've signed up for monthly services to help keep it looking so nice. Great work!
