Choosing RPC for move out cleaning was the best decision we could've made. This father and son duo had our apartment looking brand new! They were professional and friendly. They let me know when they were arriving, arrived exactly on time, and even asked me if there were any pain points I'd like them to address while cleaning.
I was so tired and hadn't eaten all day and my husband was at work. I just needed to sit down and eat so badly. So I paid them before they even started and left. They sent pictures when they were done, and I arrived back to lock up an apartment that was so fresh and so clean.
10 star service. Highly recommend. Hire them, you won't regret it!

When I first used this company I was speechless with the results. I was moving out of my old apt and they showed up on time, was very respectful and got right to work. To be honest, the apt looked better than when I first moved in! Now I use them twice a month to clean my home and I'm very pleased. I highly recommend this company for the quality and value.

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review about anything. I tried to give Chaz the opportunity to fix this situation before posting this review, but he did not respond to my texts or phone call.
I booked a move-out cleaning with his company for my rental property. Chaz and I spoke beforehand and agreed upon what specifically needed to be cleaned in the house. He assured me that these were all standard for a "move-out clean."
Chaz contacted me by phone after he was done cleaning the home to ask if I was planning to come by the house or he offered to send me photos instead. I was unable to come to the house at the time he completed the job, so I opted to have him send me photos. Based on the photos he sent me, I thought that Chaz did a great job. I paid him via Cash app and added a tip to thank him.
Unfortunately, once I was able to inspect my house in person, I was very disappointed. It was clear that he had only completed a portion of the work and then sent photos to make it appear as though he had completed the job. For example, he sent me a photo of a clean windowsill. When I went to the home in person, it became clear to me that that was the only windowsill and window that he had cleaned.
In addition, the house did not appear to be vacuumed at all. The baseboards, bathroom mirrors, and bathroom sinks were not cleaned. The chrome in the kitchen and bathrooms was not polished. The tops of the cabinets and doorframes were left dusty and dirty. I've included my photos of some of the surfaces that remained unclean.
Unfortunately, my pregnant wife and I will now need to find time to re-clean this home before our tenants move in. Do yourself a favor and book someone else for your house.
