Easy to work with. Came a few minutes early, checked both units, informed me about 1 issue and told me how everything else looked. Gave my multiple options to fix the issue. Very professional!

Jose was quick to respond to my urgent need to diagnose the problem. He presented options for me to consider . Above all, he was transparent and honest showing me the leaks and how much refrigerant he was adding to tide me over to a permanent fix.
