- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When considering Neighborly Love customers should know that they are really getting the most for their buck!! We are here to serve and feel confident that we can work with the budget our customers set forth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customers we like to outline the customers needs and advise on the service best suited to those needs. In most cases we also prefer to do a walk through of the location so that we may be prepared for the upcoming task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10+ years of customer service which helps us communicate effectively with our clients along with specific training in restoration services along with commercial cleaning training. We have employees who are trained specifically to use tools such as: buffers, burnisher, carpet shampooing machines, etc. as well as how to properly handle/store chemicals.
