- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge fees based on my experience along with my team of engineers. We are not the cheapest, we are just the best!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will talk to the customer to find out what the issue is. Then I will go over the customers computer set up and network set up. I will have customers give me model numbers, pictures, And any other relevant information. At that point I will set up a remote session if I can resolve remotely or we can set up a service call when necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in information technology with a minor in technical systems management from Stony Brook University on Long Island, New York. I received my degree in 2011 and have over 15 years of IT experience in various sectors. I received my CCNA certification and Fortinet certification in 2021.
